Returns

Drive Ritual accepts return requests for eligible items within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items should be unused, unopened when applicable, and in their original condition and packaging unless the request involves damage, a defect, or an incorrect item.

To start a return, contact Drive Ritual through our Contact page before sending anything back. Do not return merchandise directly to a supplier or to an address shown on a package unless Drive Ritual provides that return instruction.

Because some products are fulfilled directly by specialist brand partners, return instructions can vary by item. Any return-shipping charge, restocking fee, or other deduction that applies to an approved return will be disclosed before the return is finalized.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly after delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will coordinate the appropriate resolution with the fulfillment partner.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and processed when a physical return is required. Bank and card processing times vary. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the issue resulted from a fulfillment error.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used chemicals, items marked final sale, gift cards, and products damaged by misuse, improper storage, or installation may not be eligible for return. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
